Starting April 1st, there will be a 15% premium for Saturday sessions. Also, newborn sessions will only be scheduled Monday-Friday.

all-purpose session | $350

• A non-refundable deposit of $175 is required to secure your session date.
• up to 1.5 hours of shooting time for up to 5 people (please add an additional $20 per person after 5) in my home studio or at the location of your choice (there will be an additional charge for non-studio sessions).
• 15 non-watermarked, high-resolution images
• additional high-resolution files can be purchased for $50 each

maternity session | $250

• A non-refundable deposit of $125 is required to secure your session date.
• 1 hour maternity session at my home studio
• 10 non-watermarked, high-resolution images
• additional high-resolution files can be purchased for $50 each

newborn session | $450

• A non-refundable deposit of $225 is required to secure your session date.
• up to 3 hours of shooting time in my home studio
• 15 non-watermarked, high-resolution images
• additional high-resolution files can be purchased for $50 each

before + after session | $580 ($120 savings)

• A non-refundable deposit of $290 is required to secure your session date. The remaining portion of the session fee is payable when the newborn session takes place.
• 1 hour maternity session at my home studio
• up to 3 hours of shooting time for newborn session at my home studio
• 25 non-watermarked, high-resolution images (10 from the maternity session and 15 from the newborn session, no substitutions)
• additional high-resolution files can be purchased for $50 each

baby's 1st year | $850 (over $300 savings)

• A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your session date and package pricing. The remaining portion of the session fee is payable on the day of the last session.
• includes:
  • newborn session
  • 50 5x7 custom birth announcements
  • 3 mini-sessions (typically done at 3/4 months, 6-8 months and 1 year)
  • 30 high-resolution images (15 from newborn session and 5 from each mini-session)
  • 10x10 album with images from all 4 sessions, presented when all sessions have taken place

mini-sessions | $190

• A non-refundable deposit of $95 is required to secure your session date. The remaining portion of the session fee is payable on the day of your session.
• 30 minute session at my home studio
• 5 non-watermarked, high-resolution images
• these sessions are only available on weekdays, and are for one person only
• not available for newborn sessions (+3 months of age only)
• additional high-resolution files can be purchased for $50 each

Mini-sessions are ideal for:

• parents who wish to capture their babies at different times during their first year (for example 3 months, 6 months, 1 year)
• people who would like headshots for websites, facebook, linkedIn, dating sites, etc.

Carly Wade Photography will retain full copyright to the photos; however you will have the authorization to print, share, and archive your session images. Prints are NOT included in the session pricing.

Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or Interac e-Transfer.

Prices do not include tax and are subject to change without notice, however pricing is locked in for your session once deposit is made.
